The Equine Business Institute is a business, legal and financial resource for equestrians offering the following services: 

“Remote” business office management including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, general bookkeeping, insurance review and monitoring, ghost writing, tax preparation and other services to keep the professional equestrian in the arena and out of the office. 

Business consulting and planning, including business structure evaluation and set-up, financial planning and review, marketing evaluations, risk management, asset protection evaluation, written business plans and business “coaching.” 

Legal services tailored to the professional equestrian through the law office of Elizabeth Clarke, including customized business contracts required by equine businesses (liability releases, board and training agreements, purchase and sale agreements, etc.), land conservation, estate planning, horse syndications and sponsorship agreements and mediation of horse and small business related disputes.
